Who builds Prayaas

Educators first, technologists second.

Prayaas is built by a small team in Dehradun: classroom teachers, former CBSE examiners and engineers, working alongside the schools that host our centres.

That mix is deliberate. An assessment company staffed only by engineers builds a clever product that misreads a child. One staffed only by teachers cannot deliver a report that is accurate to the mark, on time, for thousands of students at once. We need both in the room.

Nobody on this team is paid by a coaching centre, and nobody has an incentive to move a score. That independence is the product.

Classroom teachers

People who have taught the syllabus, marked the papers, and sat with a student who did not understand why they lost the marks.

Former CBSE examiners

Evaluators who know the board marking scheme from the inside, so a Prayaas script is marked the way a real board script is marked.

Engineers

The people who turn a stack of answer scripts into an 8-page diagnostic report, and keep the exam-day systems boringly reliable.

School partners

Principals and coordinators across Dehradun who host centres, challenge our assumptions, and keep us honest about what schools actually need.

We would rather tell a parent something difficult and true than something comfortable and useless.
